How it works

From a form to a delivered e-invoice.

Fill in a few fields, validate, and send a legally compliant e-invoice.

Step 1 · Write it

Create an invoice in a simple form.

Add your customer, the invoice details and line items. Invonio structures the data to the EN 16931 model, with VAT grouped by rate.

Step 2 · Send it

Send it by email or Peppol.

Every invoice shows where it is: queued, sent or delivered. A sent invoice is locked — correct it with a linked credit note.

Step 3 · Receive it

Get incoming e-invoices too.

Incoming e-invoices land in your inbox as a readable document, not a wall of XML. Download the original whenever you need it.

In four steps

From setup to delivery.

Four steps: business profile, invoice form, EN 16931 validation, then sending by email or Peppol with an archived copy
