Invonio vs Lexware Office
Lexware Office is a full accounting suite with e-invoicing built in from its mid tier up. Invonio is purpose-built for e-invoicing only — nothing else. Here's how they actually compare.
Quick verdict:
If you already have a bookkeeping tool or accountant and just need compliant ZUGFeRD/XRechnung invoices without paying for bookkeeping, banking and payroll you won't use, Invonio is the narrower, cheaper fit. If you want bookkeeping, VAT filing, banking and payroll in one product and e-invoicing is just one item on that list, Lexware Office covers more ground.

FAQ
Common questions
Not necessarily — if you want bookkeeping, banking and VAT filing in the same product as your invoices, Lexware Office's all-in-one scope is a real advantage, not a flaw. Invonio makes sense specifically when you don't need that bundle and would rather not pay for it.
Some Invonio customers do exactly that: bookkeeping in one tool, e-invoicing in Invonio, exporting/forwarding documents to their accountant as needed.
It isn't mentioned on their public pricing or e-invoicing pages as of August 2026. That doesn't necessarily mean it's unsupported — check their current site or ask their sales team for the latest answer.
